is a 62 plus non-profit corporation where each unit has an ownership share in the housing cooperative. As a resident, you'll realize many financial benefits while you earn equity on your membership share in the cooperative. We have a member-elected board of directors made up of residents of our community. Our board sets policy for the community and our management company handles the day-to-day operation of the development.
